CUSTOM APPAREL FOR COLLEGES, TEAMS & EVENTS
Custom group T-shirts, without the size chasing.
Planning T-shirts for your college club, a team outing, company event or community? See your logo on a supported product, share a private size-collection link, and send one clear requirement for an expert quotation. No chasing size replies through group chats.
Illustrative product image. Final colours, fit and printing are confirmed by our team.START YOUR WAY
Three clear ways to begin.
Whether your artwork is ready or you’re still collecting sizes, every route ends with an explicit, buyer-reviewed enquiry. Nothing is ordered automatically.
I need everyone’s sizes
Create a private group, share one link, let members choose XS–5XL size labels and quantities, and view consolidated totals. No participant name or payment is collected.
Create a shareable group →I want to preview a logo
Create a T-shirt group and choose Design your T-shirt here. Add your logo, adjust the preview and return it directly to the group without downloading or re-uploading. Review, save privately and explicitly approve sharing when ready.
Start a group and design your T-shirt →I already have size totals
Skip participant invitations. Enter the quantity for each size yourself, export a CSV and add the breakdown to our existing enquiry form when you are ready.
Use the group-size planner →THE ORDERING JOURNEY
Four practical steps, no unnecessary accounts.
We separate artwork illustration, size collection and manufacturing approval. That avoids confusing an online preview with a print-ready production order.
Choose your garment
Explore round-neck T-shirts, polos or hoodies. Confirm the exact SKU, fit, size chart and fabric before ordering.
Preview your artwork
Open Studio inside your T-shirt group. Choose Use this preview to bring back a flattened image locally. Save privately and share only after review; participants can then see it on their own devices.
Collect your group
Send a private link, get size totals and close collection when your group is ready. The organizer can export the breakdown.
Approve the details
Review the brief and request a quotation. Our team verifies methods, quantity, proof, price and dispatch before production.
SIZE PLANNING
A better size list means a better first quote.
Collecting quantities early helps your team avoid last-minute revisions. Actual garment measurements vary by supplier, model and fit.
What to decide before confirming a group order
- Exact garment: round-neck cotton T-shirt, polo, sweatshirt or hoodie; these are not interchangeable size charts.
- Quantities by size: ask participants to select from the supplier’s verified chart, not just the letter label on an old shirt.
- Branding: share whether you’re considering screen printing, DTF or embroidery, subject to garment and artwork suitability.
- Artwork: keep the original design file available. A Studio preview is illustrative and does not certify print dimensions.
- Timing: provide your event date, delivery city and whether you need an approved physical sample.
For mixed kits with caps, bags or notebooks, use our bulk merchandise RFQ planner so each product’s quantity and branding can be reviewed separately.

GOOD QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU ORDER
Answers that make group orders easier.
Can every participant choose their own T-shirt size?
Yes. Share your private Group Orders link and ask each person to choose a size and quantity. The organizer sees consolidated totals. Each browser maintains one editable selection; the system does not identify or deduplicate people across different devices, so the organizer should check for duplicates.
Do participants need an account or have to pay?
No. The current size-collection tool does not require an account and does not process card payments. It prepares a group-sizing request, not a completed purchase.
Can I design directly inside my group?
Yes, for the supported round-neck T-shirt. Create a T-shirt group, open Design your T-shirt here, and choose Use this preview to return the illustration without downloading and re-uploading. Nothing is uploaded or shared automatically: review it, save it privately, then approve participant sharing. The shared image is a flattened illustration, not an editable cross-device design or a print-approved proof. Original logo files stay in the isolated editor.
Can we order mixed sizes, polos and hoodies together?
You can collect one garment type per Group Orders link today, or use the bulk RFQ planner to discuss mixed merchandise. A single cross-style group cart with shared artwork and individual payments is not yet available.
Can we use screen printing, DTF or embroidery?
Merch Story can review multiple decoration methods, depending on the selected garment, print location, logo and quantity. Final suitability, printable area and pricing require a supplier-approved specification or proof.
Does a downloaded design preview mean production is approved?
No. A preview is illustrative. Our team checks material, sizing, print method, artwork quality, order quantities, pricing and delivery arrangements before production begins.
READY WHEN YOUR GROUP IS
One link for sizes. One clear brief for production.
Create a private group in seconds, ask members to submit size choices, then review one final requirement. No payment or artwork is sent automatically.
Merch Story Group Orders is a size-collection and quotation-planning service. It is not an online purchasing, individual-payment or delivery-guarantee system. Original artwork remains under customer control unless they explicitly share it separately.
