Instead of asking a supplier to guess your sizes, prepare a size breakdown by chosen style and garment fit. Keep personal member information private; totals by size and colour are enough for an initial RFQ.
What helps us quote accurately: chosen product/model, group quantity, size split, shirt colours, logo artwork, number of print positions, delivery city and date. For employee teams, separate male/female/other garment cuts only when your chosen model actually uses different size charts.

College and group apparel ordering questions
Can our college order mixed T-shirt sizes and colours?
Yes, share the desired size and colour quantities with your enquiry. The final mix depends on the chosen garment’s current sizes and stock, and must be confirmed in the written quotation.
What is the minimum order for college fest T-shirts?
Minimum order quantities depend on the model, supplier, garment colour and branding method. Share your estimated total; we will confirm MOQ and quantity pricing rather than advertise an unverified universal minimum.
Can each group member pay for their own shirt online?
Individual member checkout is not currently confirmed on Merch Story. The live flow is one reviewed group enquiry and a formal commercial quotation. We can discuss the organizer’s approved payment and distribution plan.
Can we preview a college logo before bulk printing?
A working logo preview is available on the supported Super Bio Cotton Round Neck T-shirt. For other product types, request an artwork review and a production proof. A digital preview is not a verified factory print specification.
How long does corporate outing or college merchandise take?
Eligible standard made-to-order production is planned for 7–10 working days after commercial and artwork approvals. Custom manufacturing, proof changes, export shipping and multi-location delivery may require additional time. The formal quote confirms the actual schedule.
Can we order hoodies, caps and bags with the same college logo?
Use the multi-product MerchDesk RFQ to request a consolidated set. Each product’s material, branding process, quantity and proof still need individual review.
