What are your payment terms for corporate gift orders?

Our payment terms are 50% advance at the time of order confirmation and 50% before dispatch of the goods. We accept bank transfers, NEFT, RTGS, and UPI payments. A GST invoice is provided for every order. For orders above Rs. 2 lakhs, we can discuss milestone-based payment schedules with prior approval.

What is your return policy for corporate gifting orders?

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products reported within 7 days of delivery. Customized products with approved artwork cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. In case of quality issues, we offer replacement of the affected units at no additional cost. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

Can I request product samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we encourage clients to request samples before bulk orders. Samples are charged at MRP plus shipping, which is fully adjustable against your final order value. We offer up to 3 product samples per order enquiry. Sample delivery takes 3 to 5 business days PAN India, helping you evaluate quality before committing.

Yes, Merch Story delivers corporate gifts PAN India including all metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 towns, and remote locations. We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery. Standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. Delivery charges are calculated based on location and order weight, with free delivery available on large orders.
