Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to quotations, samples, customized merchandise and corporate gifting orders supplied by Merch Story. A written quotation, purchase order or contract may include additional order-specific terms; where inconsistent, the accepted order document controls that order.

Quotations and Pricing

Pricing is based on the stated specification, quantity, branding, packaging, delivery and validity period. Taxes, freight, sample charges and other costs are included only when expressly stated.

Payment and Production

The payment schedule stated in the quotation applies. Production may begin only after the required payment, final artwork and commercial approval are received.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

The buyer confirms that it has the right to use all logos, names, images and content supplied for reproduction. Merch Story may refuse material that appears unlawful or infringes another party’s rights.

Quantity and Production Variation

Reasonable colour, dimension, texture and branding variation may occur because of material and manufacturing processes. Any quantity tolerance will be communicated where relevant.

Cancellation

Cancellation after material procurement, sampling, printing or production has started may attract charges for work completed and committed costs. Customized finished goods cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to an order is limited to the verified affected goods or the amount paid for those goods. Merch Story is not responsible for indirect business loss, event loss or consequential loss caused by delay or product use.
