Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Merch Story plans production, dispatch and delivery for corporate gifting and customized merchandise orders.

Production and Dispatch

Production begins after the commercial terms and final artwork are approved and any required advance payment is received. Most standard customized orders take 7–10 working days. Employee welcome kits commonly take 10–14 working days. Some jackets, ready-stock products or urgent Delhi NCR orders may have a different confirmed timeline.

These timelines are estimates until product availability, quantity, branding method, packaging and delivery details are confirmed in writing.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India through suitable courier, surface, air and transport partners. Orders may be delivered to one business address or planned for multiple office or employee locations. Multi-location delivery requires complete and accurate recipient data in the requested format.

Freight and Transit Time

Freight, insurance and special handling are included only when stated in the quotation. Courier transit time is separate from production time and depends on the destination, shipment size and carrier network.

Address and Receiving Responsibility

The buyer must provide complete address, PIN code, contact person and phone number.
Re-dispatch caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery or recipient unavailability may be charged separately.
The receiver should inspect cartons for visible damage and record it with the carrier before accepting where practical.

Delay and Force Majeure

We will communicate known delays. Events outside reasonable control—including carrier disruption, extreme weather, government restrictions, material shortage or transport interruption—may affect the confirmed schedule.
