Merch Story is an online, highly curated marketplace for corporate gifts such as customized t-shirts, Diwali Gifts, Employee Welcome Kit & Much More. Our Best-in-class promotional items help you in choosing the right gifting items for your clients & employee. We have got everything you need to make the best promotional products, from choosing the most relevant gifting items to printing, packing & shipment, We’ve got all. You can simply send us your logo along with your requirement in brief and our team will do the rest.
Once you submit an RFQ, Within 48 hours we'll arrange a call with our product expert to understand your requirement better, and also we will send you the artwork and Product Sample if required. A physical Sample may take up to a week to develop, depending upon the customization. This may take up to a week. There you’ll have the opportunity to approve it or make suggestions for changes and improvements (remember, all of your artwork for an order is FREE. We don’t charge for art design). Once you’ve approved the mockup or physical sample, then only it will go for bulk production.
Ques: How much do you charge to develop a physical sample?
Ans: At Merch Story, We usually develop physical samples for FREE for registered Corporates only.
Ques: Will there be any difference between a Mockup Image and a real sample?
Ans: There will always be a slight difference between Artwork and Real Product.
Ques: How many days does it take to develop a physical sample?
Ans: Usually 7-10 working days.
Ques: What if we find the difference between the physical sample and bulk production?
Ans: Usually you won't find any major difference between a physical sample and bulk production, but a slight difference could be there due to many technical reasons.
Ques: How does Merch Story ensure the best logo printing on corporate gift items?

Ques: How do you print Multi Color designs on t-shirts? is there any MOQ?
Ans: We use the digital printing method on a t-shirt for multicolor logo print, and the MOQ is 10 Pieces Per Design.
Ques: What type of file should we upload for the best result?
Ans: For the best result, we recommend you give us the CDR file.
Ques: How Fast we should receive the order?
Ans: Each item has a different production time depending upon the stock availability and print type, however in case of a rush order, we recommend you talk to our product expert. For normal orders, it usually takes 10-12 working days to ship.
Ques: Which shipping method does Merch Story use?
Ans: We use DTDC, BLUEDART, DELHIVERY as our shipping partners.
Ques: Are delivery charges extra?
Ans: Delivery is free for upto 1o kg.

Ques: What is Merch Story's Payment Policy?
Ans: There are no sampling charges. Once the sample is approved, we take 50% advance for production against PO and the rest 50% before shipment.
Ques: What payment methods do you accept?
Ans: We accept Online payment on our current account only against invoices.

Ques: What if we receive the defective piece?
Ans: If the order you receive defers from the mockup or sample in terms of color, and design, we will immediately process the refund.
Ques: What if we receive less than ordered?
Ans: Each item we ship is counted twice. In the unlikely event, we ship fewer than ordered.
Ques: Do you charge GST extra?
Ans: Yes, GST is extra in most orders.
